After spending nine years as a teacher and coach, Mr. Johnson joined The Gallup Organization where he conducted over 600 seminars while helping thousands of professionals in the United States, Great Britain, and Canada gain skills in strength assessment and management practices.  Additionally, he has administered thousands of personal interviews and given verbal and written feedback to clients in a wide variety of industries, including food service, hospitality, retail sales, trucking, education, health care, and public agencies.

 

 

Synergistic Management Systems, Inc. was founded in 2000, by Larry S. Johnson.  Our philosophy is rooted in strengths-based management practices.  SMSI is dedicated to the development and impplementation of personal strengths assessment interviews for pre-employment screening and management action planning.  Hiring individuals with the right "fit" for the organizational culture and placing each person in a position where his/her strengths are optimally leveraged and honored are critical to attaining an exponential impact on organizational performance.
